These grip tapes are special designed for Backfire electric skateboards and longboards with heavy duty materials and last for long time.
If you own a Backfire Board, you can just pick the model for your board. For each specific model, the grip tape fit it specifically. The logo is die cut for G3, G3 PLUS and Ranger, so the color will see through from the deck. G3,G3 plus, Zealot, Zealot S share the same Grip Tape with the same size.
Mini die cut grip tape is specially designed to fit Backfire Mini with die cut, which allows the battery cover to be screwed in and out without peeling off the grip tape. The full grip tape verison Mini grip tape has no die cut to access screws.

I bought the board used worn, damaged and with all tires shredded a bit. I took it apart, cleaned all the parts replaced the wheels and grip tape. It was very easy replacing the tires, and I liked the attention to detail. I never really learned to ride a skateboard although I tried and failed a little with my son’s skateboard so it was a risk to go straight to this. I definitely loved learning and am now hooked. One issue, when I reach 20 miles per hour if I go one mile faster it shakes. I am not sure why.
It's as if my Backfire Zealot S is brand new again after changing the grip tape. Also,o I've never changed any grip tape on any type of skateboard; in fact, this is my first time on any type of skateboard lol. So it was surprisingly very easy to install! I was quite overwhelmed by it, but I guess it was a lot easier than I thought lol!
As you can see the new grip tape I ordered is a lot thinner and has a lower grit. When I first bought the skateboard it came with a lot thicker and gritter grip tape. and the design has changed on the new grip take, I personally don't like it. But that's all personally prefer though. The bigger problem was the grip tape wouldn't stick to my board, and when it seemed to be on it would admittedly start coming back up (the board was clean and dry, when I did a different grip tape it stuck perfectly so it wasn't my error. I ended up buying grip take from a skate shop and I used the old original grip tape to cut out the design. Which was so worth it.
I loved the look of the g2 galaxy but have a g3 which has slightly different dimensions. I ordered the g2 grip tape and it was big enough to fit! Barely, but it looks great.
I got the Golden Dragon grip tape for my Kaabo Mantis Pro SE and I couldn’t possibly be happier! Had an issue with USPS loosing the package but Dawn in customer service went above and beyond, working with the shipping department to reship and even refunding the shipping fee!
The Delivery Was What I Expected. Very Fast And Convenient. I Have No Problem With The Products I Ordered So Far. Thx Backfire For Being Their When It Was Needed.
The tape was great. Just like original. What I’m not real happy about is that we paid for an extended protection plan and when the board wouldn’t sync to the controller, instead of replacing the board or Backfire fixing it we were sent a new motherboard to install ourselves. Then having to buy new grip tape since the original had to be removed to access computer. Is our DIY repair now covered under warranty if it fails somehow? I’m doubtful.

A refreshed Backfire mini for 2022 with full-time turbo mode would be awesome. Keep the same classic, stealth, ultra low weight design as this is the biggest selling point. Apart from simple, good build quality and performance (42km is fast enough). I'd buy again if this happens!
