I like it, fragile but very good
It might be hard to see in the video, so I bought this remote as a late Christmas gift, the person it was gifted to loves, loves, loves being able to use their board again. It gives them so much joy and was one of the best investments I could have bought to give to somebody. Searching on the website was simple and easy, it arrived on the correct date that was given and it was just the best experience. I will be continuing to purchase items from this site.
Make the remote connect
It’s good but it’s really fragile. My meepo remote could take entire crashes. But this remote tends to break even off very light falls. I dropped it from not even 3 feet and the safety guard on the throttle wheel broke. And the remote is pretty costly for a college student. Maybe have a remote case to come with it?

This wireless remote is the sturdiest most dependable remote i have ever owned also probably one of the most expensive but well worth every penny. The throttle and break are so smooth Love the cruise control

I lost my remote during our move and ordered this one. It arrived much sooner than I thought it would. I did have to look up a couple of Youtube videos to figure out how to pair it since it did not come with any instructions. Once paired though, it worked like a charm!
I broke my original remote in a crash I had on the bored so I had to get a replacement. I like that it has a purple cord, it's nice to switch it up. Overall it's a great design for a remote

Very ergonomic remote. Having only three buttons makes it intuitive to use. Turning on the board with the remote is a nice feature to have too, One of the better remotes on the market.
Nice remote to use
Ordered as a replacement because my old remote quite literally got stolen during a robbery. Ordered with priority and got it super fast. I also fell on the remote right after receiving it, and the spring popped out. Support got back to me in less than a few hours and gave me instructions on how to fix it. Definitely recommend.
Legit bought this so I could use the app with my g2 black. Bunk! Doesn’t work. Use the free ride app. Wasted $80. I’m starting to convince myself to go with the Exway or milesboard for my next board. I bought the g2 black because of the amount of modifications I could do to this particular board. But unable to use the app built by the company.
I got this board back in September of 2021. It is a monster and I use it practically everyday. Just don't drop it down horizontally otherwise the battery will break, but the 180 day warranty does come in very handy.
burning it up
Easy to grip and hold in whichever hand you prefer. I used to have a Walmart bike mirror on mine so that I could look behind me, while riding, without actually turning my head. Very comfortable feeling, and easily able to adapt to the sensitivity of the throttle.

Crappy battery life - it came with my G3 - never held a charge longer than 20 minutes - since i got it brand new with board - I like the G3 board - but because of this remote not holding a charge - my whole experience is ruined.
I lost my remote to my Backfire Zealot on a Friday and ordered a new remote the next Monday. The new remote arrived quickly, that Wednesday. Well designed remote and very comfortable. Excellent shipping time. Highly recommend over any Hobbywing remote.
It was such a great purchase since I’ve had my remote for two years now, and the LED screen on it was blurring up. The battery was going out, so I got this one and it’s a whole new experience!

The remote does not enter sports mode I doble click the S/E button and does not do anything Was told by tech to go to the app to remove speed lock but the app does not work just keeps saying system error They just keep telling me to pair it again and that does not work
Lost the remote , ordered one the same day and a 2nd mini . Got the remote a couple days after, super fast shipping and delivery, which was great cause I use the board for work. Yes , Ioved the board so much i bought another one !!
The R3 remote is superb ergonomic fits great in your hand, I love the rolling wheel for throttle the buttons are easily accessible and with the zealot S you can access standby mode to turn the board and remote on or off Simultaneously loving both my boards and hardware!
Love my replacement remote, can't tell the difference. These are so comfortable in your hand, love the finger hole.
Throttle is fantastic and smooth. I love the easy access buttons and I love having a switch to control direction of the board. I just wish there was a rubber plug to keep water out of the controller
Needed a replacement after my last one kissed the pavement. It paired with my board in about 10 seconds and even remembered the mileage. It works great!
