Backfire 120mm MO Wheels Set fit Zealot X , S3 and S2, including 44T Pulley Set and 280mm Belts. Please note the 260mm belts are default size belts for zealot series.
For Zealot X2 ( Gear Drive) , there will be special gear adpators included in the wheel package instead of belts. Please select the correct options below.
The bearings inside the Backfire 120 MO Wheels are special 26*8*8mm bearings, so traditional skateboard 608 bearings do NOT fit the wheels.
For people who want to use Backfire 120 MO wheels on Hammer Sledge ( with 10mm truck axle), you can swap the bearings to the 6000 bearings, plus the 320mm belts.
Please follow the Halo Remote Pairing Parameters below after you install the new wheels.
In addition, please remove the plastic piece from the motor cover to get enough clearance for the bigger wheels.

I bought the belts to have extras because I had some pebbles got in there and puncture a hole or 2 in on of my belts. Glad I did too, the day after I received them I broke a belt.
I bought the bearings because I thought the ones in my MO wheels were going bad. It actually ended up being the wheels. The bearing holes are getting wallerd out a little. That’s ok though. I like having spare stuff on hand in case I need it. I am very happy with my MO wheels except for that. I’m a mechanic, fabricator, builder I l’ll figure something out.
belt for the wheel broke from 200km of use and all the extra belts they gave me are too small so I can’t use them till I can get a replacement.
Overall, I love the wheels. They’re super absorbent and take bumps like a champ. The top speed only drops a little bit if the battery is more drained, but it’s only like 1 or 2mph. Love them.
These wheels provide great comfort and higher top speed. However the only thing I hate about these wheels are the fact they do not fit belt covers of my Zealot S2. When riding the wheels would grind against the motor gover and melt it off, so before riding I recommend to let the wheels spin for a while until the belt cover melts to a point where there is no contact with the wheel anymore. Furthermore you can sand down the belt cover like what i have done to prove a bigger gap between the wheel and the cover so they do not rub or affect the range of the skateboard significantly. If you end up riding the skateboard before the wheels melt the cover into shape you will end up having less range and lower top speed as well as having a constant "braking" feeling due to the wheels rubbing the guard which will throw you off your board if you do not expect it suddenly slow you down when you release the throttle. Also clean off the melted plastic that will build up on the guard, which should just come off easily with a slight push.
Apologies for not including detailed instructions. Just cut these tabs, remove the piece and the belt cover will be the correct size for 120 mm wheels. I ride without the covers because I prefer not to have stones caught in between, resulting in a faceplant. But that's just me.

Night and day difference turned my Backfire Zealot S from a good e-skateboard to the best. Turns better grips better it’s amazing.
These wheels 100% changed the feel of my board for the better and exceeded my expectations. I ride my Backfire Zealot all over New York City, and the BF Wheels have easily been one of the best upgrades I’ve made. I feel much more confident riding over rocks, cracks, debris, and rough NYC streets. Even when I have to ride over grass or do a little light off-roading, they handle it amazingly. I’ve already put over 100 miles on them and have been extremely happy with their performance. Backfire’s customer support has also been amazing. I needed some extra bearings and spacers, so I contacted their support team. They responded almost immediately and sent me the parts for free. Overall, the BF Wheels have made my Zealot much more comfortable and capable, especially for riding around NYC. Definitely one of my favorite upgrades so far.
The wheels were great at rolling over sidewalk cracks, bad roads, and other obstacles but quality control was not good. The urethane itself was off center with the wheel hub. This resulted in a noticeable vibration at around 20mph, even on smooth pavement. This caused my feet to go numb short into the ride. All 4 wheels were tested by spinning them on a truck (axles were straight) without the pulley attached. 3 of the 4 did wobble but less noticeably. The 4th one was especially bad. Thought it was the bearings but the wobble continued with a new set. The bearings were pressed in using both the traditional method of using the truck hanger and a dedicated bearing press tool. Neither helped. The included pulley and pulley was well made and pressed well. Just wished the wheels were the same as they were great at low speed. Only rode them for about 9 miles before swapping with Otang Dad Bods which gave a much smoother experience.
They sent a bad bearing and then tried to make me jump through unreasonably hoops instead on just sending a new bearing. I bought and x2 and 2 sets of wheels and this is the customer service I get. I do not recommend anyone do business with backfire. Their name says it all.
