The brand new BACKFIRE Gen II Lights are our latest skateboard accessory, created based upon the feedback from our Gen I Light users and the E-skate community.
It features two 300 lumen lights per set with 3.5 hours of lighting time, enough for any night group ride or commute. The mounting mechanism of our Gen 2 Lights, based on feedback, has been moved from the top of the deck to the bottom, and are placed aside the truck base.
The triple-split Type-C cable included also allows you to charge both lights and the BACKFIRE remote simultaneously, which makes it two cables less for you to worry about.
Disclaimer:
1. This light currently might not fit the Ranger X1 or X2, and Mini for directly installation under the deck. You will need a riser under the truck and longer bolts if necessary to install the light under the Ranger deck.
2. 4wd brackets are not included with this kit for hammer sledge. You can purchase seperately from the hardware link on the website.

It’s a tad expensive, I’ll admit it. But, the build quality and packing was way better than I thought. The lights are bright and everything fit perfectly. The wing is made out of steel and it comes with bolts and everything you need. You can remove the lights if you want and that’s cool cause I like the option. Not bad. Not practical by any means but the cool factor hits hard. I had buyers remorse but not anymore. It’s cool. And I’m super happy with it.

These lights illuminate the ground/pavement, unlike anything I’ve seen. I was using my industrial head lamp on my helmet to see at night in combination with a lamp for the front of my board. I had a spill and my headlamp slid down helmet and hit my face. With these new lights, I don’t need additional light sources. Nothing to slide off and hit me in the face. Head lamp killed my peripheral vision. These lights have solved all my lighting issues!

Love these light! Makes my 5 mile ride at night so much safer. Wish I had bought these sooner. They are bright enough to see the obstacles on the road and for vehicles to be aware of where you are.
Looks good but very fragile. Will crack and break off eventually while riding. Over priced for something that lasts about a month. Light frequently fails also. They may replace a light if it breaks within the warranty.
Good lights. Pretty sure they had already been used.

I have two pairs of these lights. They works fine and looks great, but they don't last long. Eventually the road vibrations will break them.

Absolute nightmare to install on Ranger X3. Rattles despite tightening and also arrived all scratched up with minimal packing material. Purchased tail lights kit on site separate and come to find out, the brackets are not compatible. You must buy spoiler with the same lights already incorporated as brackets are different. I will be removing off of my board. Overpriced piece of junk and instructions are non existent. Buy at your own risk!
This lights truly are a light canon, however, they are defs limited. They do not detach unlike shred lights. Also, my biggest factor is that the rubber tab covering the charger constantly opens while riding. However, these lights are unmatched on how bright they are. I will say, do not underestimate just carrying a flashlight or wearing a headlamp

Awesome lights. Look clean. Usb-c only way to go. Make sure you get the correct mounting brackets from backfire for the 4x4 hammer sledge. Mounting using only one bolt will lead to bracket failure!!
Love my spoiler on my ranger x3 it helps so much at high speeds
Grateful after the fact it didn’t fit on my board you guys sent me the brackets and stuff I needed but the spoiler was made for the larger boards Still great product the lights are great thank you!
These Backfire lights are an absolute must! Sit nicely underneath the deck – well-built easy to charge, turn on and off. Good visibility at night. Highly recommend!
Bought this for my zealot! Highly recommended if your looking for the tuner vibe. Add some cloud wheels and its got Rocket League written all over it!
these lights work great! love to ride at night and now we can go down dark paths! battery life is great, east to install and the triple charger it comes with is great!

The fact that you can take them off in the day and put them on only at night is clutch. Definitely would buy the handle bar to prevent scraping them when picking your board up.

I love these lights but I could really use some support with a replacement piece for this light. Even if I have to purchase one light for it. I haven’t had these lights for too long and it’s snapped off while skating. They are very useful and bright but I hope this isn’t common. Any help is appreciated
These are great! They stay on well, i went over massive amount of bumps and gaps and they stayed on very well. Just screw them on tight! And charge them, and theyre good to go. Very bright and they look b@dA$$
