Important Update on Zealot & Zealot S Parts Availability

Dear Backfire Customer,

We hope you’re doing well. We want to share a few important updates regarding the original Zealot and Zealot S models.

1. Product & Parts Discontinuation
   The original Zealot and Zealot S were discontinued in 2023. After two years, some critical components—such as the Zealot S battery and ESC—have now also sold out and are no longer in production due to low demand and high supplier minimum order quantities.
   We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we want to be fully transparent.
   The good news is that we are still negotiating with suppliers to maintain as many parts as possible. We currently still have Zealot S decks, motors, remotes, hardware, and various accessories in stock.

2. Recommended: Purchase Needed Parts While Available
   If you anticipate needing replacement parts for your Zealot or Zealot S, we highly encourage you to purchase them while inventory remains. Once these parts are gone, we cannot guarantee restock.

3. Special Upgrade Offer for Loyal Customers
   If you’re considering an upgrade to our latest models—such as the Zealot S3 or Zealot X2—feel free to email us. As a thank-you for being a loyal Backfire rider, we’d be happy to offer you an additional discount on top of our current holiday sale pricing.
